
| Terms of Service NUMBER of PASSENGERS: All fares listed on this site are for 1 to 4 passengers. PAYMENT METHODS: Black Marble accepts ALL major credit cards and cash. We also offer direct billing for corporate accounts with prior approval. (A driver gratuity of 18% will be automatically added for all direct billing.) RESERVATIONS: Credit card information will be required when you make your reservation. Upon completion of your trip you may elect to pay by cash, or leave the charge on your credit card, in which case you will need to sign for the credit card charge. CANCELLATIONS: Black Marble requires a six hour notice of cancellation by phone (602-376-3989) for scheduled pickups within the Metro Phoenix area. Locations outside the Metro Phoenix area may require additional time for notice of cancellation. Any cancellation not made within the required time by phone (602-376-3989) may be charged a cancellation fee, up to the full rate of the scheduled trip. NO-SHOWS: A no-show charge equal to the full rate of the scheduled trip, including any wait time, may be charged if a client fails to be at the scheduled pick-up location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. To avoid no-show charges, please be sure to notify us of any changes and/or cancellations. WAIT TIME: Black Marble grants a 10 minute grace period after the scheduled pick-up time. After the grace period has expired, wait time will be charged in 15-minute increments from the originally scheduled pick-up time, at the rate of $10.00 per each 15 minutes of waiting time. STOPS: Stops en route are charged at $5.00 per stop. Wait time may apply. If the normal route to the destination is changed substantially to accommodate the stop, additional mileage charges may apply. CHARTERS: Black Marble provides charter service on an hourly basis. The charter rate is $40.00 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. The charter rate includes up to 20 miles for each hour of charter time. Excess mileage is charged at $2.00 per mile. AIRPORT MEET & GREET: Due to increased airport security, we are unable to meet you at your arrival gate. We can, however, meet you in baggage claim. The additional fee for this service is $25.00. To avoid this charge, we recommend that you make a reservation prior to your arrival, and once you have claimed your luggage just give us a call. We will monitor your flight, and be on airport property, ready to pick you up within approximately 5 minutes of your call. POINT to POINT FARES: For specific rates, please contact us. SURCHARGES: Surcharges MAY be applied for charter and point to point service during special events such as New Years Eve. Out of town trips exceeding 450 miles or 8 hours, one way, may incur a surcharge for the driver's overnight accommodations. DRIVER GRATUITIES: Driver gratuities are optional. The "customary" gratuity is 15% to 20% of the fare, at the passenger's discretion. You may add a gratuity at the time of making your reservation, should you so desire. |
